Answer: The new added device needs 1min to connect to Zigbee HUB. If it stays off line for a long time, please judge the problem by the Zigbee LED status:
Zigbee LED quickly blinks one time every second, device failed to connect to your Zigbee:
(1)Maybe you have entered wrong WiFi password.
(2)Device is too far away from your WiFi. Please take it closer.
If still failed, try to open a mobile hot spot and add again.
Zigbee LED quickly blinks twice every second: Device has connected to Zigbee but failed to connect to server. Please check your network connectivity.

A:No, it doesn't need a neutral wire to install.
Q: Does your zigbee switch needs to work with some other device?
A:Yes,Our Zigbee Switch needs to work with gateway hub to connect to wifi ,pls make sure you have it before buying. you can also order the gateway hub from our store .
Q: Does your light switch can work with Smart Life Tuya Google Alexa or Yandex Alice?
A:Yes, it can work with them.
Q: Can i control the zigbee switch from 2-3 different places for same light ?
A:Yes, our zigbee switch can achieve 2-3way, it functions stably.But you must at least buy 2-3 pieces ZigBee switches. ( APP use multi-control association function)
Q: Does your ZigBee touch light switch have a backlight?
A:The blue backlight will be on when the wiring is successful. Allowing you to notice Our touch switch clearly in the dark, it can't be cancelled .
Q: Does our switches can install by vertically or Horizontally for 157mm/228mm glass panels？
A:Yes, we can install it in different ways, but you will see the small holes. (The small holes used to open the glass cover)
