A: Yes , it support.

A : Yes . It can store the set values which set by you . And user can store 4 curve at the most in controller.



Q: How many segments can be programmed in one curve ?

A: 20 segments

A: There are three options available. User can program it for one option.


Option 1: Controller automatically enter a stop state after being powered on.

Option 2: Controller automatically start running the program from the first segment after being powered on;

Option 3: Controller will continue to operate from the last step when power outage after being powered on



Q: Can I set heating rate ?

A: User can not set heating rate directly , The set logic is "temperature - time - temperature" , example : rise temperature from 100 degree to 400 degree during 20 min . set menu C01=100, t01=20, C02=400.



Q: What is the output for controlling the heater?

A: RELAY or SSR output , buyer specify it when place an order.



Q: What temperature sensors does the controller support?

A: K , S, R, T, E,J, B, N,Pt100, Cu50,WRe3-WRe25,WRe5-WRe26



Q:Is it normal for there may be a deviation during the heating stage or cooling stage?

A: The curve control generates a positive deviation during linear heating and a negative deviation during linear cooling. The magnitude of this deviation is proportional to the heating rate and the lag time of the instrument, which is a normal phenomenon. If the set temperature rise and fall slope exceeds the range supported by the device hardware, it may cause significant overshoot. Reducing the temperature rise and fall slope or adding a buffer section can reduce overshoot and smoothly transition to the constant temperature section.




Function example:


1, Rise temperature from 100 degree to 400 degree during 30min.

2, Hold temperature on 400 degree for 120min.

3, Fall from 400 degree to 300 degree during 50min.

4, Pause , OUT3 relay action .

5, Manual release pause state

6, Prepare section

7,Start from 1st segment , loop.


How to set it ?

Segment 1    Set C 01=100  t 01=30; Linear heating starts from 100 ℃ and lasts for 30 minutes

Segment 2    Set C 02=400  t 02=120; Heat up to 400 ℃ with a heating slope of 10 ℃/min. The constant temperature time is 120 minutes

Segment 3    Set C 03=400  t 03=50; Cooling stage, cooling time of 50 minutes, cooling slope of 2 ℃/min

Segment 4    Set C 04=300  t 04= -200; Cool down to 300 ℃, turn on switch OUT3 and enter pause mode

Segment 5    Set C 05=300  t 05= -501; The operator executes the operation and jumps to the first segment of operation, while closing OUT3
