Working Principle of Air Cooled Chiller

When an air-cooled chiller starts, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the cooled object in the evaporator and vaporizes. The compressor continuously extracts the gas produced in the evaporator and compresses it into a high-temperature, high-pressure vapor. The refrigerant vapor is then fed into the condenser where it exchanges heat with air. After releasing heat, it condenses into a liquid. The liquid refrigerant is depressurized by an expansion valve and enters the evaporator, where it is vaporized again and absorbs heat from the object being cooled. This heat exchange process is repeated until the industrial water is cooled to the desired temperature.
